Overview

The MSc Human Resource Management program is designed to enable postgraduate diploma holder to achieve an Accredited MSc qualification in up to 8 – 10 months, so it is a lateral entry to new opportunities and enhanced career prospects. The course is structured to enhance the student’s analytical skills towards business and organizational issues and tackle them with a holistic approach.

This program aims to develop a student’s ability to think strategically, recognize potential business opportunities and manage change more effectively.

The University of Gloucestershire is a public university based in Gloucestershire, England. It is located over three campuses, two in Cheltenham and one in Gloucester, namely Francis Close Hall, The Park, Oxstalls and The Centre for Art and Photography being near to Francis Close Hall. Course Modules

Our Master’s Stage Award is ideal if you already have a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – or you’ve demonstrated the knowledge requirements to gain direct entry to the Master’s stage.

Entry requirements

OFQUAL UK Accredited Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma with Transcript (120 Credits), Bachelors Degree with Transcript OR Higher National Diploma (HND, 240 Credits), High School Certificate From an English Medium Institution (Mandatory only if the student does not possess an Accredited Bachelors Qualification or HND otherwise a Minimum IELTS Score of 6.0 BANDS across all verticals must be submitted)

This MSc (Top-Up) program will take approximately 8 – 10 months

Assessments And Verifications

All units within this qualification are internally accessed by the center and externally verified. The qualifications are criterion referenced, based on the achievement of all the specified learning outcomes.

To achieve a ‘pass’, ‘merit’ and ‘distinction’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence to demonstrate that they have fulfilled all the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by all assessment criteria.

Judgement that the learners have successfully fulfilled the assessment criteria is made by the Assessor. The Assessor should provide an audit trail showing how the judgement of the learners’ overall achievement has been arrived at.
